Exerfit's Winter Boot Camp is 16 Sessions of intense exercise. Workouts are geared to kick start your get in shape plan. Cardio and light resistance training are used to help you get motivated and lose those stubborn first few pounds. Classes are 1 hour, 4 times a week.
