Gourmands can get an advance taste of the Louisiana Restaurant Association Greater New Orleans Chapter’s (LRA) highly anticipated annual culinary promotion – We Live to Eat (WLTE) Restaurant Week, September 8-14, 2014. On Friday, August 29th Chef Michael Sichel of Galatoire’s Restaurant will showcase their Parmesan Broth Risotto with Diced Tomatoes and Basil from their WLTE menu at an exclusive cooking demonstration to be held at Whole Foods Market.
